The prize is for a seven-night holiday for two to Malta, staying at the Hilton Malta in a deluxe plus room, including breakfast.
Flights are economy flights with standard 20kg luggage allowance per person. Additional passengers may be added to the holiday, subject to availability and at the full advertised price for both flights and accommodation.
Outbound and inbound flights are available from London Gatwick and Manchester airports only.
Travel must be completed by 30 December 2012. During peak travel times between July and September 2012, dates when you are not eligible to travel may apply.
The prize winner and travel partner(s) are responsible for their own transport to and from the UK departure point, additional pre-bookable services and for any discretional spend during their stay.
Flights and accommodation are subject to availability at time of booking.
Taxes and government charges are the responsibility of the winner, along with any additional charges at the hotels and attractions.
Holiday insurance is not included in the prize and must be purchased before travelling. Prize winner and travel partner(s) are responsible for ensuring they each hold adequate travel insurance and each have a valid passport and any necessary visas for travelling to Malta.
Advantage Travel Centres Ltd cannot accept responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the competition or as a result of accepting the prize.
Advantage reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value should circumstances make this necessary.
Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK Data Protection legislation and will not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent.
The terms and conditions will be governed by English law.

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and unchangeable once you have booked your holiday. There is no cash alternative.The prize is not available in conjunction with any other offer.
In addition to any specifically stated terms and conditions, Sainsbury's magazine apply the following to all prize draws and giveaways:
1 Prize draws and giveaways are open to readers of Sainsbury’s magazine who are resident in the UK and aged 21 and over, except employees and their immediate families of Sainsbury’s Supermarkets Ltd or Sainsbury’s Group of Companies, Seven Publishing Group, their agents or anyone professionally connected to these prize draws.
2 One entry per person. No third-party or bulk entries.
3 No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are illegible, incomplete, delayed, damaged, wrongly delivered or not received for whatever reason. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt of entry.
4 The prizes are non-transferable, must be accepted as offered, and there is no cash alternative.
5 Winners will be notified by post within 28 days of the closing date of 31 March 2012. An independent person will draw the winning entry.
6 The promoter’s decision is final and binding; no correspondence will be entered into.
7 Winners may be required to take part in publicity resulting from these prize draws.
8 If prizes are not claimed within six weeks of the closing date, a redraw will take place.
